Text Revision

Martinelli Translations’ premise is that all material must always be revised.

Partial deliveries and revisions are set  for each Project. Partial work delivery dates are always programmed for our translators.  Translated material is immediately sent to the revisers.

Revision steps:

1. Textual Analysis
   Spelling, grammar, and textual content is verified.
2. Terminological Analysis
   A technical revision is done, where all terminology is verified. Here our prepared glossary is utilized.
3. Project Manager
   The Project is sent to the Project Manager with the revision marks. After the reading and verification of comments, is sent to the translator in charge for analysis, adjustments, and remarks.
4. Translator x Reviser Aspect
   In case of serious discrepancy between the reviser and the translator, the Project Manager shall act as an arbiter in this process until the issue is clarified and sorted out.
5. Finalization
   Once the job is finalized, a final revision of the whole translated content is done before delivering it to our client. This step is crucial in order to achieve Excellency, Reliability, and Total Quality for our client.

Our client is always requested to confirm material receipt.
